Yadranka's Biography ~
Yadranka brings 40 years of passion and experience in every area she takes on, always wanting to give her best!
Real life Stories of self-development, discipline, commitment, ups and downs and turnarounds.
With dedication she's made a difference to thousands of people in her careers, and her credentials are proof of how much she cares and continues to dedicate her life to.
As a lifetime learner, she would study for years with her mentor, globally recognized speaker, Bob Proctor, from the hit movie, 'The Secret', and best-selling author of 'You Were Born Rich', to learn all his programs. Besides other famous author she's read books from to improve her self-development, she continues her study through Tony Robbins' programs.
Yadranka created her own Artwork Collection with her images beautifully combined with her own poetry and writing, with endorsements from both Bob Proctor and Author & Speaker, Mark Victor Hansen.
She's launching her first book and in the works of writing more to be published.
Yadranka owned her own Dance and Fitness Studio starting at age 19, with a few hundred students. She got her BCRPA for Fitness, judged in a big USA Dance Competition, had students compete in the USA, and put on yearly 'Spotlight' Dance Productions in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Breakdancing & Folk with ages 3 to Adults for over 9 years.
She owned Yadranka Award Winning Photography studio in Vancouver, BC. Earned a B.C. Fellowship (1998), Canadian Craftsman (1996) & Master of Photographic Arts (1998), Kodak Gallery Awards (1991), Accreditations (1992-1998) plus many Awards, and was the first woman in BC and CANADA to win Best Wedding Album of the Year (1996), and the Canadian Distinguished Photographic Writing Award (1996).
Did speaking at seminars in Bahamas, Saskatchewan and throughout BC for professional photographers.
Also traveled to Photograph weddings in Australia, Bahamas, Ontario, Manitoba and travelled to do beautiful photography in Beijing, Mexico, Bahamas, Europe, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon and more in the USA.
She's volunteered on the Board of Directors for the BC Photographic Association and Chaired a Provincial Convention, and chaired annual curling club Bonspiel events.
She became a Canadian Nationally Certified Competition Curling Coach in 2004, with years of Regionals, B.C.'s and one Junior Nationals Competitions and also a Certified PGA Community Golf Club Coach in 2019.
She's Coached Curling for over 20+ years, the Head Coach with Learn to Curl, thousands of rentals, Corporate Events, and Junior Programs.
Was the main Curling Coach along with Greg for a camp in California for competitive curlers.
She served and bartended many Banquets for Curling and Golf Tournaments, took on the role of Tournament Coordinator and found a love for the sport of Golf, as well as Curling.
She's passionate for others to succeed in life and excels in her mission to enhance peoples lives anyway she possibly can, believes in health and wellness, and living a daily active and healthy
lifestyle!
Another big achievement was her personal goal at age 49, to bicycle outside everyday day for 143 days in a row, inspired on Terry Fox Day in September, going into the fall and winter months, when she was coaching and curling competitively!
She ultimately did this everyday no matter what, wherever she was, for over 7 years! Then again through Covid for a few years!
Yadranka continues to lead by example with her commitment to live a healthy lifestyle through Concept2 Indoor Rowing by reaching an achievement of over 6,000,000 meters in less then 4 years! Staying dedicated to being an example of staying healthy & fit over 60, rowing almost everyday. In 2023 she did 88,000m+ in 3 days: a Marathon, a Half-Marathon and 20+ meters all in a row!
She was a Volunteer photographer at the 2009 World Junior and World Wheelchair Curling Championships, 2009 Curling Pre-Trials, 2010 Paralympic Games ~ Curling, 2020 BC Men's & Women's Curling Championship, and 15 years for the Pacific International Cup in Richmond, BC!
A globally known Motivational Speaker, Mentor, and Award winning Marketing Executive.
Married to Greg, World Curling Champion Skip 2000, with a blended family of five daughters and nine young beautiful grandchildren where she's always been active with them through sports mostly in biking, golf and curling.
Overall, Yadranka believes in creating memorable experiences, finding joy in life, being your best, challenging yourself to new possibilities and leaving a legacy, through a healthy, wealthy and liberating lifestyle so that you can ultimately create your best life and enjoy time with loved ones while you can.
