Taking time to enjoy an exercise activity outdoors.
As many of you know exercise for me is a daily activity. It's a part of my lifestyle and I fit it in everyday.
From rowing, to coaching curling mostly during the winter months, it's especially nice when the weather is great for an outdoor bike ride.
Just a few years ago, I would bike outdoors everyday whatever the weather was, regardless of my schedule and I did that for seven years in a row, as my own personal challenge.
So to go for a bike ride on a crisp, cool, sunny winter day when the weather is easier to ride in, let's go! Riding along beside with my husband was a nice activity to enjoy together!
